It's Wingsday... Again. Baked Buffalo Wingettes

Paper plate time!
On a mission to get my hubby healthy I am attempting different ways to make hot wings. First, there are the Buffalo Chicken Fries. He loves them but, well, he's missing the "wing" part! So I decided to try these & make Wednesday, "Wingsday" once again- Hot Wingettes- Not fried nor floured:

Baked Buffalo Chicken Wingettes
  • Cooking Spray (Olive Oil)
  • 10 Chicken Wingettes
  • 1 TBSp unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 TBSp Honey
  • 1 cup Hot Sauce (we use Frank's)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with foil & spray the foil with the cooking spray.
arrange the wingettes on the foil so they are not touching. Spray the wingettes with the cooking spray. Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Combine the melted butter, honey & hot sauce. Whisk together. Dip the wingettes in the sauce mixture & allow the excess sauce to drip off. ENJOY!

So M liked them- they got a thumbs up. They aren't exactly the hot wings he orders in but they will help his craving be healthier! YAY on both counts! And I am a happy wife.
