Stovetop Mac & Cheese

Because sometimes you just want to whip up something that is tummy-warming goodness but takes no time at all.

This is just what you need.

Stovetop Mac & Cheese

  • 8  oz small pasta   
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 2 TBSp cup flour
  • S & P
  • 2 c milk
  • 2 c cheddar cheese , shredded
Cook pasta according to package directions & drain.
In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; whisk in flour, salt & pepper; slowly add milk.
Cook & stir until bubbly, constantly whisking. Stir in cheese until melted. Toss pasta with cheese sauce, coating it.
