So these are a few of my favorite, ummm, Kitchen Gadgets :) (Excuse this page- for now it is a WORK-IN-PROGRESS)
I love my KItchenaid Mixer in yellow. Now everyone seems to think they need one but, they take up room & unless you are going to use it weekly at least (including buying attachments) do not get one! You can just as easily use a hand-held mixer or a whisk! I made many of these/my recipes growing up & only had a whisk & a wooden spoon.
Cuisinart Blender/Food Processor - I have the combo. I actually use the blender far more than I do the fp part.
Cuisinart Immersion Blender
Cuisinart Rice Maker/Steamer- one of my favorite, favorite appliances!!!!! It makes delicious rice but I also steam everything in it as well as make lentil salad & more.
Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker - This was a present & I cherish it. If I were to suggest to someone what to get, I'd ask the person first if they have a Kitchenaid Mixer? If so, I'd suggest buying the Mixer attachment. But if not, I'd suggest mine (which, btw. now comes in YELLOW!)
Mandolin- I have so much fun with mine! I use it slicing potatoes for gratins, etc. but also for veg like zucchini & carrots... You do not have to buy an expensive one. New handheld, inexpensive ones are now sold.
All-Clad Stainless Steel cookware- I love All-Clad.
All-Clad Non-Stick cookware, select pieces (see above).
Villaware Waffle-Maker.
