Ruby et Violette Cookie Giveaway

Have you ever received something in the mail, that was wrapped so beautifully you did not want to open it?! Well, the Chenonceau gift box from Ruby et Violette is that beautiful. Of course, knowing what awaited me in the contents of the box, I wasn't stunned for too long! And when I untied the gorgeous bow & pulled off the top, the aroma was magnificent. 18 cookies in packs of two per flavor awaited me. My favorite? The "P B & J" Cookies & the "First Kiss" Cookies. Yes, some of the names are the taste of a memorable moment rather than an outright description which makes them even more, well, memorable.

Funny, you know how things happen when they are needed sometimes? Well I received this scrumptious box of cookies on the same week my oven broke. So, it was even more loved... if you can imagine!?! I shared them with our extended family. I am afraid they won't like my fresh-baked cookies anymore ;) Ruby et Violette is.that.good. What a treat!

    Too many favorites to choose from! I'd have to say my Aunt's chocolate chip is number one in my book! I cannot, no matter how I try, make one exactly the same as hers.

    Hmm... favorite cookie? That's a hard question!!! You can't beat a freshly made chocolate chip cookie! But Ruby's Marshamallow and Cookies & Cream cookies look amazing too!

    Wow--those are some crazy good sounding cookies--it would be hard to pick one but Candy jar, cookies & cream, and butterscotch oatmeal all sound amazing.

    My favorite cookie has to be peanut butter cookies. I also make a special "Love Cookie" that's pretty stellar too (basically it's a sugar cookie with cinnamon, coriander, ginger, and cloves - all the spices associated with love and lust in herbology).

    Not sure if I can have just one favorite cookie. If it has to be a store bought cookie-I love Oreos. If it's freshly made I would choose oatmeal raisin cookies. I do love chocolate chip cookies but only when it freshly out of the oven..yummy.

    I love Ruby et Violette cookies soooo much! First tasted them last year when my cousin-in-law, who works there, gave us a box for the holidays. It was heavenly - maybe it was the breakup or some other delicious ones. They were allllll soooooo divine. I've always loved a brookie - brownie like cookie (fave is chocolate, white chocolate, macadamia nut flavor); but Ruby et Violette's cookies surpassed that distinct brookie taste w/ even more heavenly flavors!
